Reservations, Final Payment, and Security Deposit:
- A valid driver’s license
- A valid credit card must be used to place your reservation, unless paid with cash
- $500 security deposit (for deductible) to be held on credit card
- Half price of rental due at time of booking, balance due on the day of rental
- Mandatory collision policy
Collision insurance is included in the price of the rentals.

Renter Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must sign rental agreement
Pick-up and Drop-off times:
- Snowmobile will be available for pick-up at 8am
- Snowmobiles MUST be returned by 5pm on the last day of rental
Payment Methods:
- Cash, Master Card, and Visa
- Prices do not include sales tax, which is 7.75% in Lewis County
Cancellation:
- 7-14 days, full refund, minus a 3% processing fee
- 0-7 days, no refund, unless we are able to rent the sleds out to others
- In case of a cancellation, deposits can be applied towards a future rental if not refunded
Damages:
- The renter is responsible for all damages caused to the snowmobile during the rental period
Safety tips:
- Please dress accordingly and in layers. We will provide a helmet for each driver, but you must come prepared for riding in the COLD conditions. If you’re not dressed properly this could ruin your whole trip!
- Stick to the trail system. Leaving the trails could endanger you, other riders, and cause damage to the snowmobile. Remember, you are responsible for the snowmobile.
- When stopping, be sure to take the keys and your helmet. Again, you are responsible for the rental.
